About Number 70

This blog is turn­ing out to be a bit of a diary — of events mostly external and includ­ing the wan­der­ings of the Port­land Street Ped­al­lers and Ped­es­tri­ans.  What it isn’t is a fam­ily his­tory.     The cur­rent pic­ture at the head of the blog is of the beau­ti­ful Easedale Val­ley near Grasmere in the Lake Dis­trict, Octo­ber 2009.
